Consultant must demonstrate the ability to design, develop, document and test software; working independently or as part of a team. Must be proficient in utilizing the following technologies: Informatica (ETL), PeopleSoft Tools, Oracle 9i (and higher), Cognos 8. Preferred - MainFrame experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.

This activity will be performed in four phases:

. Phase 1 - Analysis/Design;
. Phase 2 - Development;
