BSEE (physics, materials science or engineering); MSEE a plus
Experience


2-4 years in integrated circuit design. Must have experience with analog simulators (SPICE), logic simulators (Verilog or equivalent), and schematic capture tools. Mixed mode simulator experience a plus. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office tools or equivalent for documentation and presentations. Must also have hands-on experience with common lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, function generator). Microprobe experience and/or Labview experience a plus.
Description


Candidate will be responsible for performing design activities on substantial portions of a project as required by project leaders. Duties may include custom circuit design, logic design, schematic capture, SPICE and Verilog simulations, review of layouts, and validation of silicon in debug lab. Candidate will also be required to document the work performed and make presentations of same to peer groups. Candidate also needs to be able to work well in a team environment.
