Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Desk Side Support Analyst to join our team in Santa Ana, California.

Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for supporting the end user community through the installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of network systems, workstations and other computer hardware. In addition will be responsible for the resolution of problems and the implementation of new functionality for network systems and will have knowledge associated with networking technologies. Assists in Help Desk services, maintaining network systems, documentation and adheres to policies, procedures and standards of the organization.

Will apply technical knowledge and skills to assure the efficient, effective and consistent delivery of high quality services. Will be responsible for demonstrating a commitment to the values of the hospital through active participation in Customer Service and Continuous Quality Improvement programs.

Required Skills:
  • At least 2 years experience with the technical support of a network systems and related hardware components or equivalent technical training.
  • Basic network server administration and troubleshooting experience
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic MS Office and Windows experience.

    Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge with backups, active directory and policies
  • Experience in Healthcare setting.

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training/experience.
