Desktop/helpdesk support responsibilities:
Will take calls and triage some issues, be asked to go to desktop and address others. Will definitely need to be able to take phone calls and assist people Army and Citizens alike. df-tc

Experience/Skills
Must be A+ and N+ certified.
Professional and able to get DOD clearance eventually.
