Description
Local company seeks a Desktop/Printer Technician for a 6 month contract in Memphis, TN.

Position requires 3+ years experience providing end user maintenance support at the end user level. Must have excellent PC/printer diagnostic troubleshooting/repair skills, an understanding of basic Window operating environments and applications, excellent communications skills, and good customer relations skills. A+ Certified preferred. The platform includes Compaq & Dell Windows/Intel based desktops, Toshiba Laptops, HP laser Printers.

Person will be working with end users to provide day-to-day break fix PC/printer maintenance support. Repair will include either unit replacement and in some cases parts replacement. Will deal with warranty issues with OEMs. Will work with basic Windows software/application issues.

Contract pays $14-$15/hr.
