Description
Looking for Desktop Support Analyst with 3+ years of enterprise experience to assist with special projects and providing support to users. Position will involve approximately 10-15% phone support and the rest will be desktop support. Will be responsible for configuring anti-virus, set up VPN, set up mailbox, and configure the PC. Must have experience with XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, and Exchange 2003. Candidate will not touch the servers but will need to connect to the network, set up a mailbox, public folder, etc. Must have some Active Directory experience. Having a MCP, A+, and/or MSDST certifications are a plus.

Experience/Skills
Must have 3+ years of Desktop Support experience. Must also have Active Directory and have experience with a call tracking system (prefer Altiris)
