Description
Robert Half Technology has a unique opportunity with one of our clients who is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst II for their Goldsboro location. In this role, this analyst will provide telephone and hands-on support for enterprise servers, desktops, laptops, and applications in a corporate network environment. Ideally, the right candidate will possess working experience with Active Directory ('03), MS Office 2003 and Symantec Ghost.The candidate will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware such as Desktops, Laptops, Servers and enterprise software, network, remote access, managing end user accounts and printer issues.

Provide timely resolution for escalated trouble tickets and document solutions in our helpdesk ticketing system. Ensure adequate follow-up communications, and issue timely status updates to users. Maintain Exchange server and Active Directory permissions.

Candidates possessing A+ or MCP Certifications are encouraged to apply. MCSE is preferred.
