Description
Robert Half Technology has partnered with an growing company in the Healthcare industry in need of a Desktop Support Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for installation, maintenance and level one support of their computing environment for mobile and network attached devices. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for configuration, deployment and set up of all new PC's and peripherals. Top level customer service skills and excellent written and oral communication skills are extremely important to the client.

Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OS platforms: Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP
  • Experience with supporting and maintaining Lotus Notes/Outlook e-mail clients
  • Proven experience with Active Directory
  • Ability to react to high priority problem calls
  • Certifications are a plus, specifically MCP, MCSA and/or Net+
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with backup systems are a plus
