Description
Robert Half Technology has partnered with a local client with an immediate contract opportunity for a Desktop Support professional to be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the inventory of installed software, as well as managing software licensing and deployment. This Desktop Support candidate will provide hardware and software support for equipment delivery and installation, as well as analyze and make recommendations for hardware and software standardization.

The candidate will be required to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware such as: Desktops, Laptops, Servers and enterprise software, network, remote access, managing end user accounts and printer issues.

A successful Desktop Support candidate will have extensive knowledge of operating systems (specifically Windows 2000-XP), end-user software and a proven track record for trouble-shooting and resolving most hardware and software problems.
