Description
Robert Half Technology is currently seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst.

The Desktop Support Analyst must have experience with setting up Network Servers, Routers, and Switches as well as DSL lines and cable modems. The analyst must also have experience repairing and upgrading workstations, laptops and other related components. Experience removing spyware and viruses is a must along with resolving printer issues. The analyst must also have experience with Exchange and Active Directory.

Some other job responsibilities are:
  • - Insure the availability and integrity of network servers, network components, and desktop computers, enabling end users to access the computerized resources needed to perform their jobs.
  • - Monitor and configure server hardware and software.
  • - Provide technical configuration assistance for all other technical personnel as needed.
  • - Maintain and update all documentation for all LAN's, Servers, and Desktops.
  • - User network ID and email account creation.
  • - Print Server, File Server, Web Server, and Application Server builds.
  • - Perform network refreshes and data migration for all PC's
