Description
Kaiser Permanente, partnering with Genesis10 Consulting, is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Manager for a 2+ month contract with option to hire position in Bellflower, CA. This position will be required to work 2nd or 3rd shift, which may include weekends and holidays. The EDS Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising a staff of skilled distributed computing technicians in an area, or a combination of areas, based on regional geography and is accountable for service levels, customer satisfaction and performance against budget. Additional responsibilities include: Supervising a diverse group of EDS technical staff and vendors providing support related to distributed computing (PC/servers), network (LAN/WAN), and technologies. 1) Accountability and coordination of Move, Add, Change (MAC), repair, change, and asset management activities related to distributing computing technologies.

Requirements:

Skills required: Minimum 7 years desktop support management experience Lotus Notes 07-09 Yrs. MS Office 07-09 Yrs. Remedy 07-09 Yrs.
