CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people! We have an immediate need for a Desktop Support/Networking Engineer

Job Description:

Implement, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise technology including: voice, data communication and computer network systems. Support and maintain a complex technical environment including Desktop Support, Applications, Active Directory, Exchange, Cisco, LAN/WAN, IP Telephony, and Backup Systems. Implementation, support and analysis of technical products and systems. Act as an escalation point for team members.

A+ Certification. Desirable: BS in related field or 2 - 5 years or related work experience, MCSE or CCNA. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Requires proficiency in Windows, utility scripting, remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, TCP/IP and other communication protocols.df-tc
