*4+ years of hands-on desktop support experience in an office of 150+ people * Ability to work with remote users and ticketing systems to drive end user issues to resolution *4+ years of hands-on support of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Symantec Ghost, MS Office Apps 2003/2007, and Adobe tools * Experience with Lenovo & Dell laptops, Dell desktops, and HP & Dell printers * Knowledge of TCP/IP and troubleshooting various types of connectivity issues ranging from bad cables to domain authentication issues * Experience setting up Blackberry and/or Good Messaging phones *Willingness to learn and support new technologies and applications * Perform additional responsibilities as requested or required * A+ Certified
