Our client, a major leader in information technology is currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician with As400to join their team in Anaheim, CA.

Job responsibilities:

In this position you will support tier 2 & 3 applications in a Service Desk Support role.

This position will support a 5,000 strong customer base of regional healthcare business offices.

Provides a challenging and fast-paced environment to support users working with a proprietary collections software, a disputed insurance claim application, and several other applications used in the support of revenue cycle management for a large provider of healthcare servicesdf-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Skills:

Must have 1 - 3 years recent service desk experience.

Must have AS400 based application support Windows OS and MS office applications knowledge.

Must have outstanding customer service skills necessary Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

ACE (Automated Collection Environment) experience.

OPAS ticket system knowledge.

AS400 query or SQL.
