This client has enjoyed tremendous growth of the last three years and they just brought on a new CIO to continue that growth. He is in process of re-organizing the entire IT Department and is looking for another right-hand-man. This is a tremendous oppotunity for the right person to work directly with the CIO in driving change and process improvement.
Will have three Application teams reporting to him/her So this person must have a strong applications background.
1)Claims: will need experience with any type of insurance claims Package

=C3=84=C2=A2Has grown in 13 years from 13 people to 1300 people
=C3=84=C2=A250k in life insurance
=C3=84=C2=A2401k starts day 1 and match 50% up to 8% of salary
=C3=84=C2=A2Wellness program: 80% of fitness membership dues paid to high end Fitness Center
