Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

Essential Job Functions:
- Architects, designs, manages and monitors technology infrastructure with consideration of reliability, availability, and efficiency
- Develops and monitors Key Performance Indicators for effectiveness & efficiency of technology
- Manages relationships with multiple suppliers & outsourcers of IT goods and services in accordance with company policy and supplier Service Level Agreements
- Structures, leads, trains and develops staff for maximum effectiveness
- Ensures that users/customers are provided professional, courteous and timely support and service
- Directs the implementation and execution of new/upgraded systems via well-defined plans including procedures, deadlines and accountability
- Administers approved expense budgets, within guidelines
