Description
Responsible for overall management of Data Center Operations, Quality Assurance, Help Desk and Information Security Departments. Person will reinforce current release procedures and establish new process where required.

Requirements:

Thorough understanding of Data Center Operations, Security Protocols, Help Desk Operations, and Quality Assurance processes and procedures. Experience with HP-UX, Linux, Windows, Oracle, and Microsoft Back office products. Enterprise VMware experience a plus. Citrix experience desirable. Experienced with Storage Area Networks. Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems in a demanding environment. Proven complex systems and architecture design skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability. Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills.df-tc
