12+ years of Program Development experience; 5+ years of management experience

Responsible for all areas of operation regarding system programming application

Manage a team of 10+ people; Development, PM and QA

Drive the business in the definition of their product requirements related to business strategies and needs.

Work with technology colleagues to develop and deliver complete solutions, engaging with functional and non-functional requirements.

Communicate frequently with team members, manage expectations and identify and resolve challenges and issues within the engineering and technology

Oversee all aspects of deployment of new products

Prior management experience with demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse, geographically dispersed team

Understanding of general business practices and processes

Financial industry experience a plus

Must have a degree
