BearingPoint is looking for resources with Training and Documentation experience:

This will be someone who can work as part of the team that will be creating both internal and external client facing materials under the guidance of a team leader. Internal materials will be primary and external documents will also be created.

Candidates will also be responsible for the following:

* Outlining and writing embedded help
* End-user documentation and client communication for new telecommunications billing system. This includes user manuals, technical manuals/documents, online Help, and step-by-step processes of new systems.

Responsibilities include the following:

* Participation in business requirements and functional design work sessions.
* Conducting research by interviewing subject matter experts and by collecting information from the system being documented.
* Develop an understanding of the complex concepts and requirements for the features being documented.
* Ensure all documentation is delivered according to specified guidelines.
* Proofreads documents for accuracy.
* Maintain internal documentation library

Monday - Friday travel required.df-tc
