Dynamic and fast growing product development company with around 200 employees is seeking enthusiastic Net developers needed that have a solid understanding of n-tier development concepts.

The developers can range from 2-7 years of experience. Junior developers should have a solid academin background in Net Development principles with some real world experience and be able to articulate their approach to development.

Senior Developers should have experience in developing complex business logic on all tiers of appliacton development.

These developers need to be of a application development mindset not a web development mindset. So it is therefore preferable that they have experience with compiled languages like C++/C# or even some J2EE.

Interview process is very short. 1-2 face to face inetrviews and an offer can be turned around in less than 7 days.
