Position Overview
The top-level technical expert in one or more highly specialized areas of applications systems analysis and programming for Bank supported solutions such as RDS (Relationship Delivery System).

Essential Job Functions:
• Acts independently under general direction.
• Provides technical leadership on complex projects.
• May act as expert in business or functional area.
• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives.
• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
• Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
• Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
• Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.
• May be responsible for multiple phases of a project.
• May have duties instructing, directing and checking the work of other applications systems and programming personnel.
• May have quality assurance review responsibilities.

Reqirements:
• Candidate must have strong Visual Basic (VB.NET) programming skills. Ideally 1-2 years of professional experience as a Windows Application Developer under .Net. The candidate should be able to communicate industry best practices for VB.NET design and development.
• Candidate should have strong SQL server skills. Must be able to design and develop SQL databases based on application specifications.
• The candidate should be able to communicate industry best practices for VB.NET design and development, as well as, for SQL database organization and management.
• Candidate must be willing to mentor other less experienced developers in Windows programming techniques.
• Experience with COBOL.Net (Fujitsu) a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Infopath 2003 a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint a plus.

Other Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent communication skills at both the technical and business level.
• Able to organize, conduct, lead, and record meetings efficiently and effectively.
• Must be organized, able to see the big picture, and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Time management skills are a requirement.
• Team player and able to participate in large team projects.
• Project management skills and able to use Microsoft Project.
