Candidates have the opportunity to become team leads and eventually development managers if this is the path they choose. If management is not their preference than they can also choose to move to more of an external consulting position with their services group.What they need:
  • Enthusiastic developers with a solid understanding of how to develop the business logic between front-end and database on the .NET side
  • Should have an application development mindset and NOT a web development mindset. These are not web development oriented. Our clients does not need web-based internet/extranet development experience. Solid application development skills are what is needed. Manufacturing/Inventory applications experience a HUGE plus! NEED solid .NET application development skills
  • Experience with compiled languages - C++, C#
  • J2EE
  • Need to have an object-oriented approach to development and how to structure the relationship between front-end and database.
  • Primary focus is developing business logic in .NET
Required Qualifications/Preferred:
  • 2-5 years of solid OOD experience
  • SQL development experience (not admin)
  • 1-5 years of ASP.NET and VB.NET
  • Solid understanding/experience developing business logic between front-end and database on the .NET side
  • C++ and C# background
  • J2EE
  • Manufacturing/Inventory applications development experience preferred
  • Job Stability is key - no more than 2 jobs in past 4 years - client will not consider applicants with heavy 'contract' experience. They are looking for candidates that want a long-term career opportunity
