Our client, a major Fortune 500 company is currently seeking a Dynamic Desktop Support Healthcare Services to join their team in Anaheim, CA.

Job Responsibilities:

Representative to assist in the support of a 5,000 strong customer base of regional healthcare business offices.

Provides a challenging and fast-paced environment to support users working with proprietary collections software, a disputed insurance claim application, and several other applications used in the support of revenue cycle management for a large provider of healthcare services.

Experience/Skills
Required Skills:

Must have 1 - 3 years recent service desk experience.

Must have Windows OS and MS office applications knowledge.

Must have Outstanding customer service skills.

Must have Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.


Desired Skills:

Have AS400 experience.

Have ACE (Automated Collection Environment)experience.

Have OPAS ticket system knowledge.

Have experience with AS400 query or SQL.
