Description
To implement EDC training and awareness company wide resulting in reduced internal costs. To educate and train PPD project teams and staff on the technical and process matters relating to our EDC solutions and those of third party EDC vendors via the coordination of train-the-trainer, one-on-one, and in-service training programs. To act as the primary training liaison with all internal PPD departments involved in the implementation of EDC trials. To assist Business Development and senior management in securing new business (globally) by making presentations to Client Companies regarding PPD's EDC capabilities

Education and Experience:
?Bachelors Degree
?Minimum two years clinical research in clinical monitoring/management combination or program management or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
?Minimum one year where primary responsibilities include training or presenting information

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience that demonstrates strong attention to detail, care, and skill with numbers, and orientation toward careful meticulous work.
?Experience with interactive computer programs. (preferred experience with Oracle Clinical or other EDC systems)
?Knowledge of medical and/or clinical trial terminology is required.
?Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
?Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
?Position requires interaction with internal and external customers, thus good interpersonal skills are required.
?Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage, motivate and integrate multiple teams
?Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving/decision making skills
?Expert knowledge of PPD's Standard Operating Procedures
?Strong skills with power point
?Excellent communication skills
?Ability to multi-task and to demonstrate exceptional planning and coordinating
?Knowledge of clinical trials processes
?Experience managing the expectations of multiple Sponsors and/or Vendors with potentially different schedules and priorities
?Ability to work well with othersdf-tc
