Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining Enterprise Application Integration processes. Additional responsibilities include:

• Develop cost-effective IT solutions by creating new and modifying existing EDI software applications.
• Devise or modify processes to solve complex problems.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which programs are written.
• Design, codes test, debug and document processes.
• Monitor the production environment and proactively prioritize, communicate and resolve any EAI processes and system issues.
• Manage the technical efforts associated with implementing complex EDI trading partners.
• Ensure proper setup of the EDI tools and systems that support file transfer between the client and trading partners.
• Conduct necessary testing and in depth analysis to resolve any potential issues prior to rolling trading partners into the production environment.
• Partner with other IT teams to implement enhancements and defect fixes

Requirements:

• BS/BA required; At least 5 years of programming and progressively responsible experience in a technical production or application IT role.
  
• Specific EDI subsystem knowledge: Microsoft Biztalk, TLE Harbinger and Seeburger
  
• Knowledge of SAP: end to end understanding of Idocs, message types, process codes, function modules, user exits, EDI tables, set-ups, batch jobs, pricing, and R/3 interfaces.
  
• ABAP Programming (Reporting, Reporting, Function Modules, BDC/Batch)
  Technical Requirements: SEEBURGER BIS6, SAP ALE/Idoc, ABAP, XML, XML Schema, JAVA programming experience, VB.NET
