Description
Main duties would include:
Advanced file systems/volume management.
Design, architect and implement storage in a UNIX/EMC SAN environment
Documenting UNIX/EMC SAN related infrastructure
Develop and maintain automated processes for storage management.
Reporting any issues that would adversely impact performance levels of the systems; both exception and regular reports.

Experience/Skills
Candidate SHOULD have working knowledge of EMC software including Connectrix manager, EMC ECC, SRDF, remote copy, volume manager, timefinder, storage scope, and powerpath. At least five (5) years of EMC Storage experience is PREFERABLE, with familiarity in EMC hardware such as the Symmetrix, Clariion, and DMX. Candidate should be versatile in switching fabric technologies like Brocade and Cisco.

Preference MAY be given to candidates who hold Storage Technologist and/or Storage Administrator EMC Certification(s) and experience with EMC in both a Windows Server and UNIX environment.
