Description
This position is with a worldwide manufacturer of power systems used in corporate and manufacturing businesses. The Trainer will be responsible for leading the development, coordination, and/or presentation of training processes and programs for employees in the facility. Other duties include: providing departmental and organizational team development opportunities that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of employees and teams; determining when programs will be produced internally, materials purchased externally, and/or when an external training resource will be retained; ensuring that regulatory training requirements are achieved - OSHA, Substance Abuse, etc.; producing an annual training budget; supporting the company-s ISO 9001 compliance effort; keeping up-to-date and developing new training skills as needed; and performing other duties as necessary for Management and the Human Resources Manager. Experience/Skills
Education: Post-secondary education is a plus.

Required Skills: 2+ years of employee training and development experience in a business/corporate setting. Any experience with ISO 9001, OSHA, etc. is a plus.
