Description
Be responsible for reviewing mechanical documents for areas of conflict with all disciplines; write mechanical specifications, white papers and other technical documents. Coordinate and assists, with requests for information, writing proposals and is responsible to incorporate agreed upon changes into the project documents. Additional skills in illustration a plus and must have the ability to write---not just edit or 'make pretty'. Most importantly, must love the work, have a can-do-attitude along with the confidence that personal performance will result in a positive outcome.

Experience/Skills
BS degree or higher: BSME, BSEE, BSCS with 3 to 5 years experience writing specifications, white papers, technical documentation, engineering documents and proposals. Knowledge of electronics, electrical or advanced engineering and computer science required. Experience with MS Suite, especially Word, Corel Draw, Viso and Auto CAD. Industry knowledge with Toll System Integration experience, (RFID) radio frequency identification, (ITS) intelligent transportation systems or highway construction exper
