Position: Enterprise Strategy Consultant (ESC)
Location: New York
Salary Range: $115,00 to $125,000 + Bonus (up to 60% - stated average 20%)

Company Description: A rapidly growing consulting practice within a worldwide leading provider of software.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree or seven plus years relevant working experience in systems development, management and architecture. Candidates should have a mix of advanced technology and strategic business acumen. The role requires broad technology knowledge and the ability to architect a solution by mapping a customer's business problem to an end-to-end technology solution. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to agility, business value, and Microsoft middleware and .NET is also a must. Additionally, candidates should have advanced analysis skills and experience in principles of software design and implementation to architect and implement solutions. Advanced domain knowledge in the Financial Services industry and the ability to effectively communicate and foster relationships with CxO-level stakeholders of both our partners and customers are also required. ESC's must be able to help translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work (SOW). The ESC must have proven experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle.

Duties: Will perform Enterprise Architecture Strategy Services for client's largest and most strategic customers. ESC's are viewed as strategic consultants, enterprise architects and should be organizationally and politically savvy individuals. As such, they are typically dedicated to one customer and typically spend two plus years in this role for these customers.

Additionally, the ESC will provide value proposition to the customer including, but not limited to: facilitating communication between the customer and product and services groups, providing the customer with strategic information on products and technologies, ongoing Strategy and Planning assistance, facilitation participation in Early Adopter and Beta programs, and assisting in the creation of the overall account plan with Sales and PSS through the use of Enterprise Architecture Planning, achieving a high level of client satisfaction, and effectiveness in developing long term business and technical relationships with Enterprise Architecture decision makers in the account.
