Description
Genesis10 is seeking an experienced REMEDY Developer/Administrator for a contract to hire position in El Dorado, AR.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Configuration and Development of Remedy Service Management Suite 5.x. This person will be responsible for the development of the Remedy System, including the Helpdesk, SLA, and AR modules.
Ability to work well within a team and work closely with other members of the organization, e.g., operations staff, software developers, networking team, etc.
Candidate must have good communication skills and be able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
This is a contract to hire opportunity and candidate must be willing to relocate to El Dorado, Arkansas.df-tc

Experience/Skills
2 years experience providing data base administration support for Remedy AR System 4.x and 5.x.
Experience installing/configuring/upgrading Remedy servers and clients.
2 years of Remedy development experience.
