Description
Immediate need for an experienced Technical Support Specialist for a growing, stable company in South Orange County. Audio Visual experience required. Responsibilities include tech support to dealers, representatives, end-users and internal staff. Will also troubleshoot over the phone and interface with internal departments to resolve product and or customer issues. Additionally will log tech calls on a daily basis and distribute tech notes to the field. A successful candidate will be highly self motivated, a team player and have exceptional time management skills. The qualified candidate will also be extremely detail oriented and be able to easily speak to clients, the field, customers and in house staff and assist them with their challenges. Person must also have home theater, keypad systems and custom electronics experience (RS232 knowledge a plus). Strong customer service skills a must as well as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer.
