Experience/Skills
Key Factors in the Best Candidates Will Be: Experience in HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Macromedia Flash MX , PHP, ASP, and XML are all a plus; Must have intermediate creative design skills; Photoshop; Illustrator; Knowledge of JavaScript and browser compatibility issues; Dreamweaver; Requires strong navigation and site design instincts; Able to successfully manage all aspects of a project from start to finish; Strong attention to detail; HTML Editing (without WYSIWYG editors); Knowledge of GIF Animation, JavaScript, and CSS; Ability to understand/edit PHP; Must be able to design/edit with website functionality in mind;A working knowledge of advanced CSS techniques and compliant XHTML; Strong web design skills and demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop; Flash/Actionscripting; Experience in designing paysites, banners, marketing materials, and hosted galleries; Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a challenging position; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work on multiple projects is essential.
