CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people! We have an immediate need for a Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

The successful candidate will perform general maintenance on facility in an industrial manufacturing environment. In addition to facility repair, this position requires the candidate to perform repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment. Position will include the modification of general plumbing systems, primary electrical feeds, HVAC, and some electrical controls within this plant/facility. General facility maintenance will be required of this position; painting, dry wall repair, moving office furniture, hanging pictures, and various other commercial office repairs will be performed when projects are completed.

We are looking for a motivated person that is knowledgeable in various trades in a commercial or industrial setting.

Qualifications:
1. Five to Seven years of maintenance experience in the industrial arena
2. Mechanical and plumbing system knowledge is mandatory for the successful candidate
3. Electrical distribution and controls experience is a requirement of this position (480v)
4. HVAC
5. General construction and facility maintenance of a commercial building is required
6. Ability to read blueprints
7. MUST be a U.S. Citizen. Green card holders cannot be considered.

General:

All successful candidates will be required to pass a background and drug screen for this position. All candidates must have a GED or High School Diploma. Solid past employment references will be required for the above type of skills for this maintenance position. All candidates will face to face interview for this position and must be prepared to pass tests associated with above various trades. This position will require general physical requirements and handling of light weight materials.df-tc
