Description
Financial institution is looking for a Business Analyst. Require: Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical-focused field or comparable education and/or experience. Business Analyst must have a minimum of three years experience programming and system design experience in the financial or insurance industry utilizing Fidleity ( Alltel), utilizing the project lifecycle methodology and phased approach. Business analyst should have experience with mainframe Fidelity architecture and system development, trouble-shooting preferred. Requires proficiency with and ability to continuously learn mainframe IBM z/OS environment including, COBOL, CICS, Assembler, Easytrieve, ISPF, VSAM, Panvalet.Display initiative and work effectively in a team environment on ambiguous and/or changing projects.Experience with Microsoft office tools and host integration middleware concepts preferred.Requires excellent verbal and written communications skills.Requires innovative problem solving skills and analytical skills.df-tc
