Need experience in FileNet Administration in the following areas:

Content Services
- Adding document classes, index values, creating drop down lists, retention
- Security
- System administrator knowledge of features / reports to be used for diagnostic purposes
- Converting documents from Content Services to Image Services
- Ability to make recommendation to improve system performance

Workflow Eprocess
- Building workflow process
- Writing Code to enhance workflow process
- Applying individuals to queues
- Ability to make recommendation to improve system performance

Image Services
- Adding document classes, index values, creating drop down lists, retention
- Security
- System administrator knowledge of features / reports to be used for diagnostic purposes
- Ability to make recommendation to improve system performance

Eforms
- Creating intelligent forms that can be stand-alone or an eform that can be part of a workflow process
- Ability to make recommendations to improve system performance

IDM Desktop
- Knowledge of thick, thin and open client
- Ability to setup thick and think client for users

Capture
- Knowledge of Capture Professional
- Ability to configure Capture Professional for typical scans, batch scanning and for multiple index stations

Database
- SQL
- Oracle
