Experience/Skills
Summary:
Responsible for the management and delivery of systems training for multiple Divisions, while applying the Principles of Adult Learning and Implementation Standards. Partners with applicable teams to develop and document training processes as it relates to Financial Systems.

Essential Functions:
. Delivers high quality system training by following Principles of Adult Learning and Implementation training standards through multiple learning methods, such as instructor-led or recorded/live distance learning.
. Assesses the learner's mastery of new skills and provides related feedback to Divisional and IS management
. Functions as the essential liason between IS and Business Operations with regard to policies and procedures.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
. Ability to analyze and resolve complicated system situations offsite, without the presence of manager, and propose acceptable outcomes.
. Working knowledge of the Principles of Adult Learning and Classroom Management.
. Ability to identify and document training process and procedures as it relates to Financial systems
. Knowledge of the healthcare systems highly preferred.
. Significant travel (~80%) required.
. Meditech B/AR, MIS, ABS, ADM knowledge highly preferred.

Qualifications:
Education
. Trainer Certification preferred.
. Associate Degree or higher preferred or comparable experience in related field.
Licenses/Certification
. Financial certification/degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Experience
. Minimum of 5 years experience in systems training delivery, within a healthcare environment perferred.
. Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare business office setting preferred.
. Knowledge of payroll/HR functions preferred
