Description
The Business Analyst will:• Participate in the development life cycle for current and future software applications for client deployment• Partner with sales, marketing, client and operations to collect Business Requirements for software product expansion• Prepare Functional/Technical Specifications and Quality Criteria for payment management application• Work with business stakeholders to define project scope• Lead project planning and project management• Prepare Technical Documentation for final product• Conduct and/or assist with final product training• Perform QA activities and approve product qualitydf-tc

Experience/Skills
Education and Skill Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or MIS• 6+ years relevant experience in software product development• Demonstrated success in project management from inception to deployment• Previous project experience involving the internationalization of applications• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and PC skills• Proven presentation, verbal and written communication skills• Team working skills and ability to handle heavy workload demands as neededValue Added Experience: • Knowledge of invoice accounting, including verification of invoice accuracy, and invoice payment processes (preferably in the distribution/logistics industry)• Experience with various ERP systems• Working knowledge of various Software Development Life Cycle methodologiesOther:• Qualified candidate must be able to perform in a fast paced environment and have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology.
