Graphics Designer

This position will be client based and responsible to develop two online training courses. The graphic designer will work with a team including two content developers and technical resource responsible for migrating all content to the Learning Management System (and managing the LMS).

Job Responsibilities:

Candidate will work with developers to create graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for multiple online courses
Candidate will be primary creator of graphics for online courses from conceptual stage to layout to implementation
Candidate will be responsible for developing short Macromedia Flash animations for online courses
Candidate will create ad hoc graphics for systems and presentations across multiple projects

Job Requirements:


Candidate must display strong creative and artistic abilities with a strong understanding of the principles of design, type, use of color, and other graphic production techniques for print and Web

Candidate must possess expertise in the use of multimedia graphics and programming tools/languages including extensive Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Macromedia Studio products (Flash and DreamWeaver)
Candidate must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience in graphic design
Candidate must display excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a commitment to the client
