Description
My clients is seeking an experience HRIS Manager to be responsible for the oversight of the quality and integrity of the HR data entry and has dotted
line responsibility for these activities, which are handled by the Regional HRIS Coordinators.

In partnership with Regional HR Managers, Operations, Payroll, IT and any other internal partners, the HRIS Manager develops solutions and delivers systems to support departmental information, supports ad hoc report writing, including preparing reports for HR customer use through data query. This position is responsible for providing the HR metrics, such as various HR stats, including hiring and retention analysis for Confidential Company and the parent company, Confidential Company.; serves as a key interface with the database (Computer Guidance Systems eCMS database and a Benefits module through AdminDirect); supports special projects including regulatory reporting (i.e.State reporting, EEO-1 Report, etc.); and handles general HR duties. The Manager will develop and implement procedures for data and personnel file management and shall support external and internal audits as required.

Position Requirements:
The successful candidate must possess a high level of professionalism, must be able to communicate (written and
verbal) with all levels of the organization, and possess a strong work ethic and strong analytic skills with solid
facilitation skills and ability to influence change. Ability to assess problems and determine the overall impact to the
company, ability to manage challenging environment and maintain professional demeanor, ability to multi-task and
prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills are required.
Must have a working knowledge of legal issues, state/federal labor regulations; and must have intermediate computer knowledge of MS Office 2000, Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of CMS database a plus.

This position must exercise considerable judgment and discretion involving confidential information.
Industry experience required; degree preferred in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field; PHR or SPHR a plus.
