A fantastic company in Memphis is looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst for critical contract position. The Help Desk Support Analyst will be responsible for taking inbound calls from internal customers troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite, Windows XP, hardware, software, and other platforms. The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for documenting all calls using correct grammar and spelling, provide the best customer service possible, and the ability to work flexible hours. We are looking for several Help Desk Analysts to provide customer service and troubleshooting to internal customers. The Help Desk Analysts must have a minimum of one of more years of technical support, customer service, and strong documentation skills including typing speed of 50 WPM. The Help Desk Analyst positions require flexible schedules - first 2-3 weeks will be in training, after that 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift hours will be assigned.
