Description
National Financial Institution is seeking contractors to work in a position as a Help Desk Associate/Analyst.

Job duties will include providing technical support to clients and internal customers, providing assistance for all inbound phone calls related to password resets, internet browser upgrades and installs, configuration, connectivity, reporting application errors, tutorials, and internal technical support, process access applications, and create a new customer problem report for each call and escalate issues using proper process and procedures for management review. You will provide daily updates and reports to management. Additionally you will assist other departments as needed and other duties as assigned.df-tc


Experience/Skills
-Excellent Customer Service Skills!!
-Minimum AAS in computers or higher
-Minimum two years experience in a technical help desk support environment answering inbound phone calls and assisting with troubleshooting
-Advanced knowledge of the internet and intranet usage and connectivity, LAN WAN network access and Viso EAGLS reporting tool
-Basic understanding of the DEF process and MQ and how they relate to TSYS II
-Ability to pass a criminal background check
