Description
. Responsible for the overall direction and improvement around incident management within the Command Center
. Responsible for oversight of outbound communications from the Command Center
. Oversight of training and development needs within the Command Center
. Process definition and implementation around the ticketing process
. Follow-up and reporting around tickets activity
. Staff development in the area of customer service
. Working across groups and function to improve incident management
. Involvement in problem management
. Working with management to define and implement reward systems
. Identifying Solution Knowledge Base issues/gaps and expand use of solutions to improve resolution time within the service desk
. Review operational readiness activities and coordinate additional training needs

Experience/Skills
.Operations knowledge
. Help Desk or Service Desk knowledge
. Ability to lead teams and implement process change
. 1-2 years of management experience
. 2-4 years of experience in a service desk or support environment

Education Required:
BA BS or equivalent experience prefered
