Experience/Skills
This position requires 7+ years experience providing technical support and minimum of 3+ years experience in a management role. MCSE preferred. Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and customer service skills. Must have hands on experience supporting Windows 2000/2003, Exchange 2003 administration, troubleshooting, maintenance and Blackberry Enterprise Server setup, administration and maintenance. Also responsible for the management of all telecommunications hardware, software and services, including procurement, administration and maintenance tasks. You should also have extensive experience with telecommunications systems, including PBX, voice mail, SMS and messaging systems including Blackberry Enterprise. Basic knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP and related services (DNS, DHCP, WINS, etc.).
