Requires a person skilled in providing first level customer and administrative support of personal wireless communications devices and services including pagers, cell phones, push-to-talk devices and personal digital assistants. Duties would include the following:

Placement of device and service orders, configuration, delivery and training
Operational problem support including trouble shooting, tutoring and answering questions
Administrative support including vendor invoice review, research and payment
Documentation of workflow processes for customer orders and technical support

Skills Requirement

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office suite of products. Knowledge of personal wireless communication devices including pagers, cell phones, push-to-talk devices and personal digital assistants. Product knowledge would include such vendors as Motorola, LG, Nokia, Samsung, Blackberry, Treo and BlueTooth. Service provider knowledge would include AT&T, Verizon and Nextel.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years working in a corporate or vendor customer support environment utilizing the functional and technical skills outlined above.

Monday =E2=80=93 Friday (8 AM =E2=80=93 5 PM)
After Hours =E2=80=93 Emergency Only
Weekends and Holidays =E2=80=93 Emergency Only

Special Qualifications

Knowledge of CRM type systems for logging, tracking and documenting customer requests and problems.
