Our client, a leading software organization located in South Orange County is looking for strong Help Desk Support folks to handle customer request via phone and email on our Windows and Mac product lines. df-tc

Experience/Skills
o Must at least 2+ years of Mac OS experience

o Must have knowledge of MacOS 8.x thru 10.4.x; Knowledge of WinNT/ME/2000/XP would be a plus.

o Knowledge of Internet communications, software and utilities

o Knowledge of basic PC/MAC hardware and telecommunications (fax/data/voice).

o Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
