General Skills Needed:

Qualified candidates must possess a working technical knowledge of Intel hardware and be comfortable with communicating and understanding the Gateway Server Support work environment. Must have in-depth understanding of the operation and function of the equipment/products/processes and procedures and the ability to identify and provide resolution and possess general computer and keyboard skills

Candidate should also possess strong communication and verbal soft skills which facilitates a positive interaction with the customer. Communications skills should incorporate the following:

Confidence & Professionalism

Dealing with Customer Conflict and Confrontation

Executing Dynamic Interpersonal Communications with customers, IBM management and coworkers.

Weekend work and off shift hours are required.df-tc
