DESCRIPTION:

FTP, knowledge of protocols like http, ftp required. TCP/IP knowledge is preferred.
1-2 years of help desk experience preferably in web hosting industry
HTML, familiarity with html, and html tools like FrontPage
PC OPERATING SYSTEMS 12 familiarity with Windows XP, Windows NT, Windows 95/98 etc.
Not required but Spanish language skills will be a big plus.
UNIX-BASED SERVERS
Familiarity with UNIX / Linux commands.
