Description
Ajilon Consulting, a leader in the placement of Information Technology professionals, is seeking, for a 3-4 month, possibly RTH opportunity, Help Desk Analysts to assist Client's Diagnostic's Support Center in West Norriton, PA. This is generally an Level 1-2 support type position. Shift, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, M-F.df-tc

Experience/Skills
. 1-3 years experience with direct experience with a Call Tracking System.
. Well-versed in the use of MS Office Suite and have a demonstrated ability to write clear and concise problem descriptions (tickets) and updates acquired as part of the resolution process.
. Must be able to take immediate ownership of calls and maintain ownership through the call closure process.
. Solid interpersonal and communication skills and have a proven ability to deliver a high level of quality customer service.
