Genesis 10 seeks a part-time(3 days per week), Project Management Assistant for a 10-12 month contract position beginning ASAP.
Input and track project activities into the BPT Work Management System Electronic filing of documents to project share or web site
Manage document versions
Take notes during meetings
Draft meeting minutes & agendas
Draft weekly/monthly status updates
Help administer project web site (Windows Sharepoint Services)
Schedule meetings using Outlook/Exchange
