Description
Well known Company is looking for an IS Support Center Analyst. This is a swing shift, full time position from Tuesday - Saturday. This is a support role with the primary responsibility of providing the highest quality support possible as the First Point of Contact support to our customer constituencies. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot customer problems/issues utilizing standard tools, including FootPrints ticket tracking system and SMS Remote Control; Efficiently identify customer problems/issues which can be addressed by Tier 1 support groups; Perform effectively as a first level technical resource to resolve software and basic hardware related problems; Provide other technical support services within own area of expertise.
Qualifications: Knowledge of ticket tracking and knowledge base software, such as FootPrints desired; Should be well versed in the use of standard desktop applications and have the ability to synthesize this knowledge and apply it when troubleshooting non-standard/non-familiar software; Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and customer service skills.
Education/Experience: Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office desktop applications, Microsoft Operating Systems, basic desktop, laptop, and printer hardware issues; Four year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
